The service
Zovo Swimlane is a tool provided by Zovo, a brand operated by AUTOM8 LLC for use inside ChatGPT, Claude, and other MCP clients. Zovo Swimlane turns a process into a cross-functional flowchart. Give the lanes (roles, teams or systems), the steps with the lane that owns each one, and the links between them. Each step is drawn inside its own lane, as a start, step, decision or end shape. The flow runs left to right with lanes as rows, or top down with lanes as columns. Steps are placed in flow order, so links outside a loop point forward; loops are drawn with a dashed return line and listed. Links run in the space between the steps, and decision branches carry their labels. A geometry check on the final drawing counts steps outside their lane, overlapping steps, overlapping labels and lines that cross a step, and reports each count. A process check lists steps not reachable from a start, steps with no path to an end, decisions with fewer than 2 labeled branches and loops. Downloads: a vector PDF (Letter, A4 or Tabloid, text of at least 6 pt, more pages for large processes with the lane names on each page), an SVG and a CSV of the steps with lane and flow position.
